Aft End Of Cruise Ship

There is no difference between cabins on the riveria deck- main deck.

Aft end of cruise ship. Midship is the best choice for you if you have motion sickness. Aft midship forward. This is true whether your balcony looks aft or faces to the side at the back end of the ship.

Likewise you cant get a balcony room too low on the ship. Aft facing balcony cabins tend to have larger extended balconies and offer an amazing view of the ships wake. There will usually be an aft peak ballast tank.

These suites benefit from having a larger footprint than the Mid-Ship Suites allowing guests to enjoy indulgent luxury in more spacious surroundings on longer cruises onboard Spirit of Discovery. Midship rooms lower on the ship are theoretically the best for minimizing motion. Since they are located along the ships stern cruise lingo there are only a few of these cabins on each deck and they do book up quickly.

Actually technically Bow is the pointy end and STERN is the round end. Some will have ocean view rooms on the ends of the ships. Most are all the same.

Its a bit uncouth but aft sounds a lot like ass which is your rear. Ships move side to side as it moves in the water so midship is the most stable part of the ship. Forward on a ship means toward the direction of the bow.

There will usually be mooring equipment on deck. And in the end everyone walks to and from. At least on a cruise my room was about 23 aft and got that type of movement which I think came from the propellers.
